Vanta Exim manufactures bagasse and molded pulp cup holder trays, also known as drink carrier trays, for cafés, quick-service chains, delivery kitchens and packaging distributors. The white 4-cup bagasse holder is molded from 100% natural sugarcane fibre: it is compostable, biodegradable and PFAS-free, weighs 26 g, fits 200–400 ml cups and meets California, New York, EU and UK single-use plastics regulations. The kraft range is dry-pressed from recycled kraft paper pulp: a 2-cup carrier for 8–22 oz cups and two 4-cup carriers, a standard 45 mm tray for 8–22 oz cups and a deeper 55 mm tray for cups up to 32 oz. Each cup well is shaped to hold the base of the cup, so drinks stay upright from the counter to the customer.

The white 4-cup holder is molded from 100% natural bagasse (sugarcane fibre) and is compostable, biodegradable and PFAS-free. The kraft holders are dry-pressed from recycled kraft paper pulp and keep a natural kraft brown colour.
The bagasse 4-cup holder is FDA certified, CE certified, ISO EMS certified and ISO QMS certified, and meets California, New York, EU and UK single-use plastics regulations. Full certificate copies are available on request. These certifications are stated for the bagasse holder only, not the kraft pulp trays.
The 2-cup kraft carrier is packed 400 per case (50×23×38 cm). Both kraft 4-cup trays are packed 300 per case (46×46×30 cm for the standard tray, 46×46×38 cm for the large tray). The bagasse 4-cup holder is packed 75 per polybag, 4 bags per carton: 300 per carton (45×35×24 cm).
About 1,440 cases (576,000 pcs) of the 2-cup kraft carrier, 1,040 cases (312,000 pcs) of the standard 4-cup tray or 910 cases (273,000 pcs) of the large 4-cup tray per 40 ft container. The bagasse 4-cup holder loads about 1,850 cartons (around 555,000 pcs) per 40 ft HQ container.
